How many sites can I monitor?

You can monitor up to 10 websites.

Is there a limit to the number of contacts I can have?

You can have up to 10 contacts.

I haven't received any notifications of my sites going down. Am I not being alerted?

You can test alert yourself on the contact page. It's possible none of your sites have gone down and there hasn't been a reason to alert you yet.

How long before the monitor timeouts on my site?

The monitor is set to timeout after 15 seconds

Do you support international phone numbers?

We do support international phone numbers but we need them to be entered with "+" in front of the number. Example: "+55-55555-41374" rather than "55-55555-41374"
